Thank you SO much for considering The Blush Rose for your wedding - I would absolutely LOVE to work with you and help make your floral dreams and needs a reality!

But before we do that, I will need some info regarding you and your event, and what you're looking for in a floral designer and partner.

Please be as detailed as you can with this questionnaire. The more information I have, the better I can create a proposal for you and your event. Each and every wedding and event is unique, and so is every quote and proposal I create.
